Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Returning after a 4+ year lapse to find the still high attention to detail and quality service instilled upon these students wishing to become part of the Industry. Food selection and portions for Luncheon were perfect. Presentation was in keeping with local traditions.

We stopped for a late supper prior to our red eye out of Maui. The restaurant is close to the airport as was a perfect place to have a nice meal before our flight. The food, wine, service and value were all excellent. We would highly recommend.

Loved the food, ambience and price! We had the Wiener schnitzel and the platter, both winners! The chocolate mousse was amazing as well. Hidden away in the industrial area,there is lots of parking and it was very quiet during dinner. Will return when we are back from Oahu!
