The special was a 30 layers lasagna which tasted amazing but was not the size you’d expect when you spend $30 on a 1 inch thick 30 layer piece. You won't go wrong ordering the Bison Tartare. I've been to The Bison several times before, but this was probably the best visit I've had. We made a reservation but ended up being a little late due to our hike being longer than we anticipated. They were very accommodating. We were a group of 4 celebrating our birthdays, and they took very good care of us! Also comp'ed two desserts. Had a great time!
