Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte. With community tables, an open kitchen, and a comfortable atmosphere, Indaco can accommodate 100 guests for a casual night of food and drinks. The wine list is focused on affordable Italian varietals, the Negroni cocktail is on tap, and the fresh sodas are made in-house. The massive wooden doors on Upper King Street are your first indication that Indaco is different from the typical Charleston restaurant. Everything was great. We had a couple cocktails. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the crabcake. We then decided to get the dessert that had some chocolate and whipped cream, but I don’t remember the name of it. Everything was delicious and our server was super nice

Great service, great food, great time! They drive for excellence at every point! We love coming to JRF, even with our 1.5 year old. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating we’ve been many times in the past & will be back many times in the future… cannot wait to see the new location!

My husband and I sat at the bar and was surprised by how amazing their happy hour was! From drink specials including Negronis and manhattans. Then the food was incredible we had the Cesar salad, prosciutto tray, meatballs and pizza! All fresh ingredients and made to perfection. ALL on happy hour!
