Opened in 2010, Robata JINYA reflects cooking techniques and traditions passed down from Tomo’s father combined with his personal deep appreciation for the City of Angels. Hana Koa is a full production brewery in the heart of Kaka’ako. We have a full kitchen with daily and monthly specials. Featuring two full bars including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.We ask all our guests to abide by time limits so we can accommodate as many guests as possible each evening. 1-4 guests = 90 minutes 5 or more = 120 minutes RESERVATION POLICIES: -All parties larger than 15 will be asked to place a deposit. Please contact the host stand or email events@hanakoabrewing.com for more information. -Deposits will be forfeited if party does not show up, is incomplete, or cancels less than 24 hours before reservation time. -Majority of the party must be present before being sat. -Guests have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your table will be surrendered to other guests. -Auto Gratuity of 20% will be added to large parties of 6 or more. -Due to the fast level of service we provide, we may not split checks more than 2 ways.

    Booked 6 people for a birthday dinner. Wife surprised me with two other guests. Super accommodating with the addition. Considering it’s the holiday season they went above and beyond. Server was extremely knowledgeable of menu and wine list. Best veal I’ve had. Was pricey but worth it.

    GREAT place and food really enjoyed it. I just wish we could order off a menu not the app it really takes away from the experience having to look at my phone between each order and scrolling through to see the options.

    We sat in the large patio area outside. It was very pleasant, with balmy weather and light trade winds, and we liked the live music (a solo guitarist/singer). We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and the food and drinks were inexpensive. Even though the restaurant was busy we were served quickly. My friend ordered the local shrimp and chips and I had the tempura fish and chips. Our waitress brought us a small glass of Prosecco (no charge) before our meal arrived. The food was delicious and well prepared. The coating on the seafood was light and crispy (not greasy). The service was excellent. Shout outs to our pleasant and friendly waitress Mahina and to the host Kody. We liked the restaurant so much we came back for dessert the same evening after we attended a music event!

    I had a lunch combination- don't remember what it was called, but it was tasty even if a little limited. My only critique was that it was kind of on the pricey side. But I would like to go back again and try more and different items. We sat outside, which I recommend if it's an option.
