Dauphine’s utilizes Mid-Atlantic ingredients to prepare classic New Orleans fare while also creating original dishes inspired by the legendary city. At Mallard, Chef Johnson will apply classic and global techniques to the culinary traditions of the south while incorporating the best local and regional ingredients available.     Quality Service . Our waiter was Excellent she took her time and explained the menu as this was my first time experiencing African Cuisine. Food was Bomb! Drinks were 10 out of 10 Atmosphere was Amazing, very grown and sexy.

What truly sets Dauphine’s apart is the exceptional service. The wait staff is attentive, striking the perfect balance between being available and giving you space to enjoy your meal. The manager stopping by after each course to ensure we were happy was a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience even further. If you’re visiting DC, I can’t recommend Dauphine’s enough.
