3rd Coast Fish Bar is DMK Hospitality's chef driven "fish shack" concept celebrating the freshest sustainable fish and seafood available. A Chicago-based, award winning restaurant and bar institution since 2009, DMK Burger Bar was launched following a year-long expedition across America to find the best burgers in the USA by 5-times James Beard nominated Chef Michael Kornick. DMK offers everything fresh - 100% grass-fed beef, bison, all-natural chicken, house-seasoned turkey and salmon burgers, and a veggie burger made in house with 12 vegetables, grains and beans. In addition to a Build Your Own option, DMK offers 12 chef-created gourmet burgers served on fresh artisan buns (pretzel, gluten free, rye, and lettuce also available).     The dining room is beautiful! It's sexy, dark and warm....very inviting. Stash, the bartender made killer drinks and had jokes to match. The food was amazing! Oysters Rockefeller were baked perfectly with a crusty top. Octopus was incredibly tender and was paired so well with the dueling sauces. The wagyu tar tar had a fun twist and was served with hollowed out fingerlings instead of chips or crustini's. The foie gras toast was to die for. The ribeye and the scallops were perfectly executed and the Mac n cheese was super flavorful. It wasn't too creamy or too dry either. It could've been hotter, but that's a small detail. The only thing we didn't care for was the seafood salad. There was almost no salad or seafood. It was primarily farro which was not a pleasant mouth feel. Sky's service was warm and hospitable. It was a perfect night out with my dear friend and I couldn't be happier. It's pricey, but worth every penny. Can't wait to go back!
