At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. We will definitely go there again. Aside from the price of the meal, everything else was exceptional. Everything costs more in today’s economy, so the price was comparable to other restaurants.

The food and service were great. The bread was nice and warm. We has the crab augratin and the Q'tal salad as appetizers and it was delicious. I had a pinot grio and my friend hasbthebberry passion which she said was delicious. As entrees, we had the half chicken and salmon dishes and it did not disappoint. For dessert er had tiramimus and Brule with cappuccino. The desserts was great. I thought the cappuccino was not hot. It was warm. And the was the only issue but I still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it.
