The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.

The oldest family run restaurant in London. Spanning 6 decades and three generations, Il Portico Restaurant on Kensington High Street has been cooking regional Italian specialities since it was first opened in the 1960"s by acclaimed chef Pino Chiavarini.     The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The traditional fish and chips and the classic shepherd’s pie were mouthwateringly tasty. For dessert, we had the Ivy chocolate bombe to share paired with some Earl Grey tea which was delightful and rich. Overall, the service was slightly slow but the waitress Rhea was pleasant and personable on approach. Thank you for another lovely experience!

    We had a fantastic roast dinner! Their sharing style roast boards are an absolute feast with everything beautifully prepared. I particularly enjoyed the deer shoulder. The wines on offer are also delicious and well priced.
