Had the chef’s tasting menu which was perfect in every way. Each course was delicious, imaginative and expertly prepared. Started out with an arugula salad which had so many contrasting tastes and textures, followed by swordfish “belly” kabobs which were very tasty. Next shrimp linguini, 3 huge shrimp with pasta perfectly prepared, followed by a dark chocolate budino. Meal was fabulous. Companion enjoyed oysters with a caviar dressing, followed by an expertly prepared flank steak with fried olives. Every dish had a some unusual interesting preparation which delighted the palate. Drift is truly a winner.

As always this Ruth Chris Steak House restaurant was amazing. The service and staff are fantastic and really make the total experience. 10/10 recommend for any special occasion such as birthday or anniversary ♥️

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at 1776 Steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Paul, was nothing short of amazing. His service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and ensured our evening was flawless. Paul’s professionalism and genuine care deserve a solid 10/10! The food was equally spectacular. Every dish was cooked to perfection, from the appetizers to the perfectly seared steaks. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was—we were truly impressed by the quality and presentation. We have been dining at One Coastal for many years, predating the arrival of James Beard Award Finalist Chef Matt Kern. We were so delighted that after One Coastal changed hands we were able to enjoy the same unrivaled, creative, fresh Delaware cuisine. Tonight our family ordered the duck and the rockfish. Both were expertly executed. The flavor profiles of both dishes were unusual, cohesive, and delightful. My husband and I both enjoyed our cocktails, a Duchess and a Ryanhatten. We go to the Landing on a somewhat regular basis. I really like the new menu - new interesting items like the tuna poke nachos! The cocktails are excellent and the quality of the food is consistently good.
