We specialise in a small plate menu of local, seasonal, fresh Kentish produce. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Roasts are served on Sundays (excluding July & August).

Welcome to The Seaview Bar & Restaurant, a family friendly restaurant and bar which caters for all ages and occassions. Our stunning restaurant overlooks Pegwell Bay and includes alfresco dining on our sundeck terrace. We offer all day dining from an extensive menu of meat choices, fish dishes, sharing platters and delicious homemade desserts. All food is home cooked and has substantial portion sizes. We cater for all dietary requirement.Our stunning Sunday roast is served from 12pm till 4pm.Our menu is available in the bar and restaurant, the restaurant offering table service and the bar offers a non-reservable first come, first serve where you can enjoy a drink or dine with your dogs. Please note that we cannot guarantee a window table. We have ample free car parking, located in our ajoining hotel. We are happy to welcome dogs into our Bar Area Only. Please note, we only serve food in the Bar from 12-3 MON-SAT (excluding Sundays when we exclusively serve food in our restaurant). The restaurant does not allow dogs except for service dogs. Please make us aware of any dogs you have with you upon booking. On Sundays we exclusively serve our 4 Course Sunday Roast Menu Only.The Tartar Frigate is one of the only 18th century flint restaurants in Kent. The Captain Digby, a family friendly restaurant and bar which caters for all ages & occasions, with sea views overlooking Kingsgate Bay. We serve generously portioned fresh, home cooked food from our bar, restaurant & children's menu. Food is served from 12 noon each day, all day until late check our operating hours before arrival.Choose from our family dining area, close to our indoor play area or our cliff top restaurant with sea views. Alfresco dining is available with 40 benches overlooking the bay but these are non-reservable and work on a first come first served basis. Please note we can not guarantee window tables. We do not allow dogs inside our venue but they are welcome in our outside dining areas. Being so close to the shoreline we tend to have issues regarding internet connections and advise all customers also bring cash as an alternative payment.

Named after probably Broadstairs's most famous previous resident, The Charles Dickens pub and dining rooms in Broadstairs had a complete refurbishment and re opened in the summer of 2012. This is one of the largest pubs in Broadstairs, with the main bar downstairs and the dining room and bars upstairs commanding excellent views of Viking Bay. The casual dining experience allows you to take in the relaxed atmosphere of Broadstairs whilst enjoying the best views of the bay in town.
