Walk ins are welcome and will be placed on a wait list based on availability. The Restaurant is open in inclement weather and when it rains. Food was very good. When asked for extra Parmesan it was like Kraft in a cup. Not fresh grated. Sat on back patio only customers in back service was okay staff very friendly. No overhead heater under awning but they did provide lap blankets. Lighting very dark. Recommend using front porch seating for dinning this time of year as overhead heaters provide better warmth. Overall great place to eat in Idyllwild .

Bolero is a tapas restaurant within the beautiful Europa Vineyards complex. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our server, Marissa, was attentive and gracious. The food was exceptional! We ordered the beet salad, scallops, croquettes, and sea bass. The preparations were unique and delicious! We will definitely return!
