My entree was the most delicious gf dish I have ever had. The flavors had layers! My bf said the Trout was the best he’d ever had outside of fresh caught cooked by a stream. Our server Dom was great and the Manager stopped by several times to chat and check in. We were seated right in front of the kitchen which was clean, well run, and not in any way chaotic. We did an early dinner (5pm) so not a lot of people were there, which probably helped quite a bit. The menu had several items we wanted to get. We landed on the pork buns (get these😋)!!!! We also got the Truffle pasta (with added chicken) and the chicken and noodles (Mac and cheese). Both were fantastic!!! They have a hydroponic farm in the basement that you can take a peak at and they source locally as much as they can.
