At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. His dishes are simply delicious - always full of flavour and finesse. Our dining room is casual and relaxed. We have a great selection of organic wines, local beers and soft drinks. Our menu is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly. Located in the heart of Waterford’s Viking Triangle (link to WVT web), the Reg consists of 5 bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald’s Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering. We are Great Place to Work Certified and also Won Best Late Night Bar in Ireland for 2022. With such a wide variety of areas to eat and drink in please specify when booking if there is a particular area you would like to be sat. The Wicklow Heather Restaurant, offers a blend of traditional Irish and continental cuisine. Choose from our A La Carte Lunch and Dinner menus as well as a varied selection of daily specials. All dishes are freshly prepared using locally sourced organic produce where possible. The Wicklow Heather signature dishes include Panko Coated Fish Cake from fresh and smoked seafood, served with citrus aioli, Roast Rump of Wicklow Lamb on creamy garlic gratin potato, parsnip puree and balsamic roasted shallots or perhaps our Crunchy Chicken Parmesan served on spring onion champ mash, Clonakilty black pudding, smoked Gubbeen belly bacon stuffing with creamy wild mushroom sauce .
