Produce is chosen and cooked when it is shining the brightest. Seasonal vegetables are treated to showcase their quality. A selection of handmade pasta made from Alberta flour. With a stunningly warm and inviting atmosphere reminiscent of a family-run restaurant in Tuscany or Bordeaux, Continental Treat Fine Bistro in Edmonton serves charming continental cuisine. The traditional cheese and potato stuffed pierogis with sour cream and the vegetable-laden red barszcz soup make excellent starter dishes. Some of Continental Treat Fine Bistro's specialty entrée dishes include the marinated pork chop Munich style with smoked sausage and mushrooms in a rich pearl onion sauce, the chicken stroganoff in a creamy tomato sauce with spaetzle, sour cream and diced pickles, the famous Hungarian goulash with tender beef cubes stewed in a rich and fragrant paprika sauce and the rainbow trout with seasoned with lemon, dill and capers, pan fried until crisp and golden. We accept limited reservations during Ice District event days (games and concerts). If you are not able to secure a reservation on Open Table, we do have plenty of availability for walk-ins; we would encourage you to arrive a minimum of 2 hours prior to the event start time in order to avoid lengthy wait times.We believe in providing a mix of essential food classics and contemporary staples to create the perfect Canadian menu to be enjoyed alongside our beer.
