The first was our reunion of a time before where we all met and worked and started our “responsible” adult lives in Banff. The second but more important celebration was 50 years celebrating being a Canadian Citizen. What better way to celebrate than Afternoon Tea at the Chateau Lake Louise on beautiful sunny snowy cold day. Ross was our server and he was masterful and convivial and the afternoon melted away. The special was a 30 layers lasagna which tasted amazing but was not the size you’d expect when you spend $30 on a 1 inch thick 30 layer piece.
