Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks.     Calissa in the Hamptons is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and full of energy. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food? Outstanding! I had the ossobuco special, and it was melt-in-your-mouth perfection—rich, flavorful, and cooked to absolute tenderness. She had the salmon, which was beautifully prepared, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. And let me tell you, the lemon potatoes were to die for—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and buttery inside, with just the right amount of citrusy zest. The cocktails were well-crafted, the wine list was impressive, and the whole experience felt like a true Mediterranean escape. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner or a lively night out, Calissa delivers on all fronts.

    Bistro Ete never disappoints. Hosts Chef Arie and Liz set the tone for their friendly and attentive staff. Started off with a Cucumber Cosmo and a delicious 2014 Margaux from Bordeaux. Shared 3 appetizers, Brussel sprouts w/grilled halloumi, Truffle grilled cheese and escargot Everything was delicious and the plates were wiped clean. Entrees were Sea Bass with Truffle sauce and roasted pork loin. Finished off the meal with Chef Arie’s homemade ice cream. Bistro Ete has a loyal following both on and off season so reservations are a must. Our go to restaurant whenever out East!

    Neighborhood gem - lots of locals (we were not) and reminded me of the taverns/bars of the 70's/80's. We felt very comfortable there.
