We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Great ambience and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Plenty of patio spaces with heaters for the adventurous in colder weather. Our reservation was ready at the stated time and the server provided great information on the menu and gluten-free options. Appetizers and main courses were prepared to order and the food was yummy!!!

This restaurant is fantastic: lovely and lively ambiance, but not too loud. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We had an unusual bottle of wine and the sommelier clearly knows what she is doing. The price was very reasonable. Would go back in a second!

Our first time at this restaurant and it exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left we were treated warmly and had the impression they enjoyed having us there. Our server, Matthew, was especially outstanding and his recommendations were top notch. All of our dishes were tasty and not your every day Italian fare. Our favorite was the creamy polenta and meatball antipasta. We are already planning our next visit!
