We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Forbes Mill food is outstanding. Sea Bass was perfect it as a celebration of three birthdays and we were greeted with a menu with our name wishing happy birthday.

Absolute treat of a place! My friend and I saw outside for brunch and the setting was fantastic. There were outdoor heaters too. We ordered the mushroom truffle mouse, lobster deviled eggs, niman ranch burger, and the chicken katsu sando. Everything was soooo delicious! The service was really good and we felt very welcome.

From the time I walked in until we left the experience was great. The hostess and waitress Lexi were friendly and efficient. I was with 3 friends and we shared small appetizers. The potatoes, crab cakes & hush puppies were delicious. We sat in a booth and it was really comfortable. Will definitely be back!
