Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar was established in 2007 by Chef Laurie Nguyen. In October 2023, the restaurant was purchased by Chef Zach Caraway and Jade Adams. With over 15 years of culinary experience and training, Chef Zach is dedicated to presenting the culinary traditions of the Pacific Northwest while infusing innovative and unique culinary creations.     This is our favorite lunch spot in the area! We hope to make it for dinner soon. The food is wonderful- especially the crab and shrimp dip . Every meal we've had was wonderful, and the desserts are great also.

    We have visited Swing Wine Bar several times to enjoy their great patio/view but this was our first experience with their wine cellar. Great space for a quiet dinner. Perfect for date night, or a quiet conversation. Food, wine, and service were all excellent. Wonderful Valentines Day!

    Our server Loni, was such a joy and helpful with our questions about an entree and in suggesting an ale for my husband. She was quick to bring each course, but we weren't rushed even though it was a holiday. The seafood was delicious!

    The two servers working were very knowledgeable and had great food and beverage suggestions. Everything was perfectly timed and the food was amazing! We had the calamari, ahi, goat cheese salad, bib beat salad, black cod, and scallops. It was my husband’s birthday …they were so sweet and had a card on the table and they bought his drinks. We had the opportunity to chat with one of the servers at the end of our meal, she was absolutely lovely!!
