From sunrise to sunset, guests of Sage Lodge visit The Fireside Room to relax and enjoy food and drinks in a truly spectacular setting that is quintessentially Montana. A very comfortable combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are situated against the stunning backdrop of the Paradise Valley and complemented by the comforting crackle of a wood-burning fire, a casual Montana restaurant experience. Reservations for dinner are required, and always welcomed for other meals. Please note, dinner reservations during summer months are in high demand. If available times are not appearing online, please search for dates that are further out, or join us for Breakfast, Lunch or at the bar.

The Grill is our version of a contemporary steakhouse reimagined highlighting the very best of the finest ingredients hailing out of the Rocky Mountain region through modern technique and innovative comfort. Guests will enjoy our beautiful views of the Yellowstone River and Paradise Valley, while immersed into a service experience that is approachable, yet refined. We currently serve dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 4:30pm-9pm. The Grill is happy to accommodate parties up to 15 people. New this winter, Everett’s 8800 introduces an inspired prix-fixe dining experience that marries technical precision with Montana's bold spirit. Led by Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, lunch and dinner services will offer a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, with the option to enjoy curated wine pairings.Everett’s 8800 is open daily for lunch with two seatings; 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Live DJ sets raise the energy of the experience starting at 1 p.m., Friday through Sunday.Dinner will be available Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.Everett’s 8800 is located at the top of Andesite Mountain and is accessible via the Ramcharger 8 chairlift. A valid lift pass or scenic ride pass is required to access Ramcharger during lunch. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.

    6-Course Chef's Tasting Menu with Wine Pairing on the top of a mountain? Yes, please! Fantastic experience. Each dish was perfectly paired with a wine to accentuate both food and wine. Couldn't pick a favorite because each dish stood out on its own as a great dish. Staff was wonderful. Attentive but not hovering. Great atmosphere and the location couldn't be beat.

    Beautiful dining room at Sage Lodge. Booked a table for the thanksgiving dinner. Very disappointed they ran out if stuffing at 6:45. My plate was mostly Brussels sprouts and dark meat. Meh. Butternut Squash soup was sublime. Dessert which was to be an apple galette was just a pepperidge farm style puff pastry shell with a small amount of apple and ice cream. My husband said his pumpkin cheesecake was simple tasting. Too mild. We’ll go back but for the price, it was a miss.

    We had Thanksgiving dinner here earlier this week. The food, service and ambience were incredible. We will absolutely be back for Christmas dinner later this month!
