Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. The cashew chicken salad was delicious! The lavender & lemon “Refresher” mocktail was a perfect accompaniment. We arrived at 11:30 and it was nice and quiet. It became more loud and lively as the place filled up. Tip: It is one of the few local restaurants open on Monday, so a reservation is a must! Parkside remains one of my favorite lunch spots. 👍🏻

Every dish was perfectly prepared and presented. And all were absolutely delicious. We felt as though we were eating in an upscale European restaurant.

The service was impeccable; upon entering throughout the meal. All of whom were 25 or younger but had the experience of service excellence that you would expect from Michelin tiered restaurants. Totally will come again at least once a quarter if not more. So many types of fondue that we can’t wait to try. Again, the food was excellent but the service was so on point that this review deserves more stars than available to giveaways 🤙🤙🤙
