Had the deviled eggs as the appetized but should probably have tried the recommended cornbread or Fuyu Persimmon Carpaccio. I had the short ribs which were so tender I could just touch them with my fork, and the sides were delicious. My other half had the Kurobuta Pork Chop, which from my taste was also perfectly prepared. We took their suggestion for the Apple Pie Bread Pudding for dessert and it did not disappoint.
