Latil’s Landing is taking exclusive dining to a whole new level.
Guests will dine in the original 1770’s French House while enjoying a custom 5 course tasting menu, available with wine pairings. This option is offered on THURSDAY- SATURDAY nights, 6:00 pm–8:30 pm by reservation only.
Pricing for this experience starts at $100 per person for dinner with the option to add wine pairings and any other upgrades.

    Prior to dinner, we suggest a visit to Turtle Bar located in the historic Garconniere. Considered one of the most unique, architectural gems in America, A full range of cocktails, wines, specialty drinks, and beers are offered. Our selections of Bourbons, Scotch, and Rums are to be seen, and tasted. Tours of the Mansion are available at $24 per person, and tours begin on the hour, and last one hour. For a 7 PM dinner reservation, we recommend a visit to the Turtle Bar at 5:30 and bring your cocktails with you on the tour at 6PM.

    Puff pastry, apple, wild mushrooms, goat cheese, creole tomato, chive, hot honey and pepper coulis

    Salad

    • Duck and Butternut Squash Bisque

      Creamy soup of butternut squash and duck, garnished with shallots and duck crackling

      Seafood

      • Striped Bass

        Blackened fillet on a bed of sautéed green beans and pecans, crispy potato cake and curry cream

        Sorbet

        • Cranberry Sorbet

          Cranberry, maple syrup and allspice sorbet, topped with bourbon

          Entree

          • Dry-Aged Beef

            Roasted Flannery Farms 14 day dry-aged New York strip steak, with spiced sweet potato, charred onion and smoked maple Demi-glace, chili oil, sweet peppers and asparagus

            Dessert

            • Apple Spice Cake

              Vanilla Bourbon mousse, pecans, cherry reduction and caramel

                The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was superior. I could not have asked for a better experience. My only compliant is the flies that swarmed during our dinner, but I guess that is part of the ambiance of a nostalgic plantation.

                Latil's was a lovely, peaceful, delicious experience. We chose the wine pairing along with the menu. Everything was delicious, and I highly recommend the wine pairings -- they were inspired and unusual. The ambience is . . . to be eating delicious food in a room from the 1700's, on a beautiful site....is just amazing.

                Outstanding 5 course menu with wine pairing. Josh, our server did an excellent job of explaining each wine he selected along with the dish served. Overall a great experience and we would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic evening.

                Phyllis and Josh were amazing. Perfect timing on our plates and courses. I was introduced by Josh to a few wineries I was unfamiliar with it and elevated the whole experience. Dimming the inside lights to join the sunset was a wonderful and greatly appreciated touch accenting the indisputable attention to detail. Thanks to all of the staff for making a wonderful birthday experience.

                The food was incredible and our wait staff was spot on. Avery relaxing and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, it was very cold outside so we did not tour the grounds This will give us a reason to come back very soon
