L'Auberge Chez François is the ideal spot to celebrate special moments, private parties, luncheons, weddings, and cooking demonstrations. Our menu is extensive and full of the flavors of Alsace and traditional French cuisine.     A terrific meal!! We have been to L'Auberge several times and we've always really liked the food. But the quality of the food and service last night was stupendous. Both of us selected from the Prix fixe menu--my wife chose the lobster main course and I chose the beef wellington--and both meals were spectacular. And save room for dessert--not to be missed! Our server explained the menu to us carefully and made excellent recommendations. He and the rest of the staff were super attentive. All in all, a wonderful place for our anniversary dinner. We'll be back soon!

    Perhaps the best value for haute cuisine in the region...no, the best value. From the front of the house folks to the wait staff to the chefs (and the line cooks) the service is impeccable. The food is off the charts good (as a disclaimer, we do weekend lunches -- we're old and value conscious) and the various delectable offerings will make you go back and forth as to choices. Too many great dishes to single out, but...the currently available Rockfish is the entree keeper: the chive crepe and the beef cheeks are notable -- and, I never saw myself as thinking Sweetbreads as something people actually paid for and actually ate, but...ya gotta do it. p.s. L'Auberge is a 40 plus minute drive for us...well worth it

    This restaurant never disappoints! We go here to celebrate special occasions because we know we will always have great food and impeccable service. The best thing is that while you pay a fair price for an upscale meal, you leave fully satisfied and full. Many other upscale places have great food but leave you hungry when you leave. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!
