If you ask the brilliant minds behind Le Petit Paris, Fanny and David Rolland, They will say “We were born in a restaurant, literally”. From Grandpa to father, the restaurant business has been a natural part of their daily life.

They decided 15 years ago to create their first restaurant in Cannes, Le Petit Paris, Parisian brasserie, located in the middle of the international film festival city.

In order to give the opportunity of an unforgettable experience in Cannes to their international clientele, they decided to run a business on the beach with the combination of well being, relaxed and lay down on the beach with a cocktail and enjoying a gastronomic food.

David and Fanny were always striving to be surrounded by great collaborators in order to provide a real “savoir-faire” to their clients. They have been known worldwide now thanks to their hard work and dedication.

Reservamos para la cena del 31 de diciembre, al momento de reservar había la opción de optar por platos a la carta o el menú de fin de año, escogimos a la carta. Cuando llegamos al local solo tenían la opción de menú de fin de año el cual era de $200 por persona más las bebidas. La comida buena pero nada del otro mundo para el precio.

Lovely set up. The food was great. Not sure if it was because it was New Year’s Eve it was loud more than expected, but had a great night and wonderful experience.

Disappointing Experience We had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The service was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was very loud, making it hard to hold a conversation. To make matters worse, balloons used for decoration kept popping throughout the evening, which was startling and unpleasant. As for the food, it was underwhelming considering the high prices. We expected much better quality for what we paid. ( we paid $420 for two people and left the restaurant kind of hungry) The prefix menu was very poor. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience, and we won’t be returning.

We loved the ambiance. Everything was good, except the fries didn't match well with the steak. Would have been better with a different side. The complimentary bubbly for our anniversary was very much appreciated. The waiters were very attentive, and the live singer was great. It was a nice touch that either the manager or the owner was personally checking on every table. I also liked that they called in the morning to confirm our reservation.

Very good service. The food was excellent. Steak tartare was over the top, grilled octopus was very tender and the Cognac Flambeed Truffle Fresh Pasta very good.

As a French restaurant, the overall experience couldn’t be worse, you have to ask for everything from the waiter, they are serving people randomly and yet charging 20% for gratuity. The food is also mediocre and overcooked, I couldn’t believe even the dessert tastes bitter (I ordered apple tart). Most importantly, they don’t tell you about the surcharge and if you ask, they will show you it says on the very bottom of the menu with the smallest font size which nobody will pay attention to. I definitely won’t go again, I suggest everyone spend their money elsewhere it’s not worth coming here.

There was only one server for the entire restaurant. The restroom was unattended there was no tissue anywhere in the restaurant. The old building looks very nice but is also very cold. The food was satisfying at a moderate price. However, the receptionist and the busser, as well would need more training. Overall, it is a nice place, but the management is off the track.

Yum, Yum, Yum. Everything was exceptional. The truffle pasta is pricey, but very good. I recommend it I love everything about this place .
