Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Gabriel Morales, Award winning Angeleno Chef who has replaced the long time Chef Jean Paul Laire as he retired in 2024. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. Later on, when the restaurant was established it became a favourite place for Presidents and the Hollywood elite, and local socialites.

    Le Vallauris has 2 inside dining rooms for private parties each one with a capacity for up to 50 persons. The Patio can also be used on a "buy out" basis for up to 150 persons and a tree shaded Gazebo is available for up to 100 guests. These facilities are able to use an array of "prix fixe" menus.

                                                      Wonderful meal. Great garden atmosphere with excellent and attentive service. Sauces for beef and veal dishes were terrific; apps and desserts were equally impressive. A memorable experience we are eager to repeat. Highly recommend!

                                                      One of the best restaurants in Palm Springs, prices are high, $20 for a small martini, about $500. For 4 people including tip, no wine.

                                                      Fantastic seafood and meat offerings with a French flair. Our table enjoyed steak, salmon, veal and duck. Leave room for desert. Extensive wine list and drink menu. This is my family's 5th visit and we'll return again.

                                                      Scallops great. Caeser salad great. Sea bass and duck great. Rack of lamb significantly below expectations…ordered medium-rare. Came so rare, my wife couldnt bite through it. Kitchen cooked it a little too much and was beyond waiting for it to be redone.

                                                      A wonderful and true dining experience. Food, service and ambiance are impeccable. We were originally seated next to a large party in the patio center, and graciously moved to a quieter table. The restaurant has never disappointed.

                                                      We went to celebrate the New Year’s Eve, and I brought my parents over with my husband. As we are French, we were excited to get an exquisite experience with great quality food. Although the food was good, I must say it was way overpriced for the final value of the meal. At $200 per head, I’m expected to be transported to France & be wowed. I don’t think I have been transported anywhere else than my restaurant seat.
