Set in the heart of Vail Village, just off the pedestrian corridor, Leonora offers an inviting dining experience inspired by our own Colorado Rockies. Using only the finest fresh, local and organic ingredients.

Dishes are simply prepared and thoughtfully paired with wines from around the world. Our sommelier’s hand-picked selections are sourced from traditional and unexpected places, each selected to complement Executive Chef Kevin Erving’s playful yet sophisticated menu.

Our inhouse sommelier has curated an optional wine pairing for your delight at $75pp.

    The food is good but they either need new wait staff or more waiters as a 2 dish meal took 2.5 hours.

    We ate at Leonora for Christmas Dinner, and it was really good. The steaks were cooked as requested, the prix fixe menu had the right options for our party of 8. Our server was really sweet and ensured we had a good experience from beginning to end. This was our second time at Leonora - we’ll come the next time we’re in town.

    Honestly the service was subpar, with lack of knowledge of their own food or wine. There was missing menus, silverware, and the waitress forgot our wine pairing. The beef tenderloin on the Christmas ment was mediocre and burnt. Many people in our party felt ill after dining here. Very unfortunate.

    More expensive and half as good as Michelin star restaurants I've been to. $600 for 3 people to eat soup, salad, and steak.

    Food was above average. Tenderloin came out barely warm. Maybe because it’s “Vail” a place can charge $200/person for this menu but it certainly isn’t worth it. There’s nothing that makes this place twice as much as other restaurants in the Village or Lionshead. My advice, skip Leonora, eat somewhere else and save $100/person.

    Rude staff Incredibly long wait for our food (well over one hour for even appetizers ) We saw other families leaving because of these same issues Would no recommend Will not go back

    It was an odd dinner. The staff didn’t quite know what they were doing but they were trying very hard. Maybe they will get the kinks worked out as the season goes on.

    It was clear that the servers were caught off guard and had no idea we had a reservation when we arrived. Then after we were seated we found out they were out of pancakes, which caused us to need to leave the restaurant since many of the young kids in our party were planning on eating pancakes. This ruined my wife’s birthday brunch. The server did not apologize. Luckily the manager did apologize right before we left and explained that they didn’t receive the ingredients for the pancakes due to the snowstorm.
