My fiancé and I have been fortunate enough to dine at LG’s in La Quinta several times since we started looking for a home in the area since 2020 and more often upon purchasing in Spring of 2021. We have always had a wonderful experience from start to finish and dinner with our friends on Friday 1/3/25 did not disappoint. Our primary server was Estefan (or Estevan/Esteban) and he was very courteous and professional, and proactive as was the other team members who took care of our table. Shared appetizers, salads, entrees, shared sides, shared desserts, and cocktails/wine were all delicious (everyone but me ordered a beef dish and they all raved about how perfectly prepared their steaks & prime rib were; my Chilean sea bass which I order 2 out of 3 times was perfection). One of the couples had only dined at LG’s once and it was with us; the other were newbies, but since they also now have a home near by and based on how much they enjoyed their dining experience, it will be be one of their go to places when they are in the desert just as it has been for us.

LG’s is always a solid option for a great steak dinner experience in the Valley! Highly Recommend! Our favorite server is Freddie, but most of the staff have been there for decades and make it great to come back every time!

I can't believe we have not been to LG's. The last time we went was when they were located in Palm Desert. It was a very nice restaurant, all decked out for New Year's. The staff and the food was excellent. We will definitely go back again.

Haven’t been to an LGs in years—now I remember why! The Palm Desert one was so much better— better food, better ambiance and better service. Got off to a bad start when the drink I ordered from the menu was unavailable… then my son spilled his water— and the server was great and took care of it immediately! Our steaks were perfectly cooked but no hot plates— when did that change? And it was SO loud in there— we were glad to be in and out so early before it got really busy.

Service was good, food not so much. The lobster was mushy, we told the server, however the restaurant did not make any adjustments to our bill.
