Este nuevo establecimiento se incorpora a la familia de los restaurantes al-Andalus, establecido en 1994. Con una nueva visión para la cocina y reinventando su menú, está nueva sucursal abre sus puertas, ofreciendo un servicio único. Desde el diseño del comedor donde se mezcla el arte, colores, música y olores; el comensal puede empezar a experimentar una visita única.
El menú que se ofrece lleva en su esencia las tradiciones de la cultura libanesa y la sazón del Chef Mohamed Mazeh, originario de Líbano. Uno puede disfrutar de pan árabe recién hecho en el horno de piedra junto con un jocoque seco; o pedir un menú Meze, el cual esta formado por platillos emblemáticos de la cultura libanesa.
