Our server Earl was wonderful -friendly and professional! Although there before a show timely, we didn’t feel rushed and our patronage was appreciated, they didn’t take for granted that we were a “captured” audience. It’s been a while since our theater group has dined here, but we will be back - we were all pleased! Food was VERY good- we also could see a food expediter making sure entrees were going to tables looking good!

It took an exceptionally long time to receive our food. We had a party of 5 people. Three people in our party received their food after a long wait. Even after waiting for about 5 minutes, they completed their meal before the last two people in our party received their meal. I finally had to speak up about the long wait and that individuals at our table were yet waiting for their meal before we received our food. If you make reservations for dinner before a show, give yourself 90 minutes or more. I planned on being done within an hour and we did not finish our food because of the delay in receiving our meal in a more timely manner. Secondly, after finally receiving the last order, it was cold when it arrived. My steak was excellent but those who ordered the chicken and crab cakes said they lacked seasoning and flavor

Food was excellent, but it’s not a steakhouse, so skip the ribeye… it was decent, not great. Other than the steak the door was really good. She crab soup was the best I’ve ever had. Wait staff seemed frazzled and service to the table was slow. Restaurant was clearly understaffed. Overall good experience and j would go back, but they can def take some steps to improve service.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary with dinner at The Livingston followed by a show at the Fox. Our drinks, appetizer, dinner and dessert were amazing! We had a very nice server❤️

Food was overpriced, quality was fair to middle, they were out of most menu items. Not what I expected from a midtown restaurant. The wait staff was pleasant but inexperienced. Ambience and the nostalgia of the hotel was the bright spot of our visit.

I reserved a table for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival, the hostess gave us a tour of the buffet. Each dish was picked over or empty. It took too long to refresh the buffet. The ham and turkey were delicious, but the sides were bland. The live music was too loud and forced us to yell at each other to communicate. The server(Hassan) assigned to us kept disappearing. There was clearly a language barrier when we tried to request beverages or removal dirty plates. To add insult to injury, Livingston added a mandatory 20% tip to the billl.

We were going to an event at The Fox so we booked a brunch reservation. Two of our 4 meals were not hot when served. Additionally it took forever to get the final check. My husband had to ask for it twice. So while it’s a beautiful venue and the location is perfect for our needs, the food was just ok and the service was slow.

They were closed. Made reservations, arrived only to find the restaurant closed.
