L'Opossum offers dinner Tuesday-Saturday for parties of one to a maximum of six guests. Multiple reservations booked on the same night to form a group larger than six guests are not permitted and will be canceled. Reservations for parties of one to four guests are allotted 2 hours. Parties of five to six guests are allotted 2.5 hours. Please be courteous to your fellow diners by arriving and leaving on time.     It was my girlfriend’s first time and she loved it. The food was flavorful and service was attentive w/out being intrusive. I got the pork cheek stuffed quail and I’ll be thinking about how great it was for a while!

    This was a dinner we had been looking forward to. Shout out to our server - Susan - and the support staff whose service standards truly impressed. The menu features expertly paired flavors that highlight French cuisine as well as fresh, original takes on cocktails. The vibe is positively quirky and unique and our group agreed unanimously that this dining experience lived up to the hype. L’Opossum is a standout in Richmond food scene.

    As always, the food, ambiance, and service were excellent. My husband and I have been talking about L'Opposum to my husband's brother, my brother, and their wives since our first meal there in 2018. We wanted to take my brother and his wife to L'opposom because he is a chef, and she is the best cocktail maker. They both have an amazing wine collection. They are foodies, and we knew they would appreciate this restaurant and its offerings. My brother and I grew up in France. Luckily for both of us, cooking was only done with high-quality fresh food in our family. Every Sunday, we all cooked together and sat at the table enjoying conversations and laughs, and adults dutifully paired wines with the dishes of the day (of course, while educating us children about the need to do so) I am sharing this because L'Opposom offers a colorful environment with a skilled staff, a witty and excellent menu, a tremendous thought-through music list, and a great cocktail and wine list. In some ways, each time I have been there, I am taken back to my Sunday meals, where food and drinks were always delicious, laughter was plentiful, and you could hear each other talk (I do not know how it's done, but you can actually have a conversation without having to raise your voice or ask someone to repeat). Enjoy!! PS: Our server Candle was amazing.

    If I could give 100/10, I would. Food, service, ambience all on point as always. L'Opossum is a true gem and Richmond is so lucky to have her. Smoked Trout Winter Salad and Moroccan Chicken still lingering on the tip of my tongue.
