Did not feel welcome at all. No one to greet us and couldn’t see where the entrance was. Food was just ok - considering the price. Our waiter was kind and smiling. Ice cream man was sweet

Our server Brittany. Didn’t provide a good service. She just stop by the table twice. First time to introduce herself and then for the bill. We try to get her attention a couple of times and she ignore us

My wife and I went here for dinner before the show, and it was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and they provided great service. The food was amazing as well of course; we ordered from the pre fixe menu plus appetizers. Just a really great experience overall.

We were told the restaurant offered a full menu - different from the bar menu where we first sat...the menu was essentially the exact same but the prices were higher...It was a prix fix menu for $40 per person - I felt like the cost was not aligned well with the offerings. We had 3 BLT sandwiches, a chicken entree, 3 small Caesar salads and one small bowl of French Onion soup and 3 ice-creams to go. With the tip it was $200! We at at our table at 11:30 and it took a while for our drinks to come - once we finally placed our order, we waited an hour to get our food - we were there for a conference and had to be at our booth at 1:00 - we asked the server what the issue was and she said the kitchen messed up and our order was taken to a different table...so we had to eat very quickly and take our dessert to go because we were so late.

Lucille does a great job with pre-theater meal. They were pretty busy, our servers were pleasant and worked hard to pull this all off. Thanks!

Great server. Unclear when you first arrive where you go if you have reservations in the lounge but it was great to have a place to meet our group and have a drink before the play.
