Macellaio RC is a growing family of three Italian restaurants in London. Our restaurants are most famous for its fine steak. In fact, Macellaio means "butcher" and we like to call our steakhouses the butchery with tables. The steak we serve is exclusively from the Fassona beef breed, sourced from special mountain valleys in the north of Genoa. We take pride in sourcing incredible authentic Italian ingredients, food with utmost respect, preparing it with love, and expertly cooking each dish bringing to life a delightful trattoria dining experience. Exeptional service and food. You always get the feeling that you are the center of their world and that royal treatment is hard to find anywhere in the world. I recomend everyone to visit Macellaio at least once in their lifetime.

Absolutely delicious ! The steak was incredible and the truffle chips were the best I’ve ever tasted! The sides were also very flavoursome and the tiramisu was perfect ! It was our first time but we will definitely come back

Went for dinner with a total of 4. Lovely food (steak), well cooked, quick service, apparently the wine was nice (I don't drink) and the dessert (Tiramisu) was lovely. I'll definitely be coming back.

We are two ladies in our 80s. I could not make my booking at 12.15 on 31 Jan as my friend was taken ill so phoned 24 hours before time. I was sent another booking without confirming whether I could make it or not for tomorrow lunch time which I cannot attend as I am now not well and did not request this booking either. I gave my credit card details in good faith becaus e I fully intended to eat at the restaurant. The man I spoke to at the restaurant on Monday said he would sort it out and I should not worry. I am now very concerned that I will be charged for a meal I did not have. I made the cancellation in 24 hours and certainly did not want another date. I live quite a way away and only intended to use the restaurant because I was going to Sadler Wells. I have not intention of booking at the restaurant again.
