Chef/Owner Rena Frost’s food ranges from the familiar to the unexpected with fresh seafood, steaks, prime rib and seasonally created specials. We proudly offer Greater Omaha Beef , slow-roasted prime rib, fresh fish selections, and our Signature Mac’s Salad. We partner with local purveyors and individuals enabling us to feature specials that are seasonal and most often locally sourced from our surrounding area.
Our bar features classic cocktails, hand-crafted specialty cocktails, and wines from primarily North & South America.
Mac’s Bar & Grill is a family owned and operated restaurant in Arlington serving Tarrant County since 1987.

    The noise is not usually like this. A couple of little children were loud next to us - but it was fine We love coming there and bringing out of town friends and family

    It was a wonderful meal and time with our friends. We were seated along the back wall of the kitchen at the corner end selection which was fine with us. However, after we were seated, we realized we had a challenge! We saw there was a large party behind us, who was occupying the exterior wall. The wait staff was constantly bumping into our friend’s chair back! He happened to be seated at the corner end selection when the wait staff were coming and going to the kitchen. Our party had to physically moved the table back to free up space between the two tables chairs backs. His wife had the light fixture directly over the her meal. However, we felted we made the correct decision in order to enjoy our dinner and time. The hostess needs to keep this in mind next time there is a large party occupying the exterior wall next to the fire exit on making sure no one sits in the corner seat away from the wall.

    Mac's Bar and Grille is an absolute treasure. Our dinner tonight was a special occasion for us, and we challenged out wait person with items such as several desserts at the start of the meal, followed by salads and main courses, followed by extended conversation and gift exchanges. All was cheerfully accommodated - the food was fantastic as always, and the evening was a complete success. Mac's can always be counted on to come through when it has to count.

    I love this place so much that I hesitate to recommend it for fear it will be discovered by the masses. Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! Just always a wonderful experience. But don’t go there. You might not like it. 😎
