The ordering sucks! Terrible system if more than 2 people.....Tablet is useless and paper works but for children there is no pictures for all you can eat to have a informed order....It is difficult even for a seasoned adult that has been to the restaurant before. The noise of music made it impossible to talk....We had the place to ourselves and it was impossible to enjoy ourselves...The event was for my 10 year old son's birthday...You know it is a problem when he was not happy and even cried which he seldom does..... This was not his first time either at the restaurant. Of course as a Dad it is always going to be my fault when food event fails. So I may not do this again! I use to eat there once a week with my employees as a thank you but Covid stopped that and I do not think will restart that perk given the experience(2 to 15 people usually).

This place has gone really down hill. What was once a great spot in Pickering has become a mediocre sushi place. Very disappoint in our last visit. Request for a private room was denied. Instead a table with flooded floors were offered. Had to bring this to their attention. So much water on the floor. Waitress was kind, but overall service was so slow. The wrong items kept being brought to our table. The staff always looked disoriented. Ordered mussels twice - both never arrived. Ice cream took twenty minutes to arrive. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Despite having a reservation for mother's day, our table wasn't available. After waiting for the table to be set for us, we had no cutlery, we got takeout chop sticks instead of the restaurant ones, my kid got his iced tea in a broken and chipped glass. Don't get me wrong, we do understand that they want to make money and prioritize walk ins over reservations, but treating patrons like they ordered food thru skip the dishes, and not pay premium prices for the restaurant experience, that's just bad business practices. For us, this was the last time we dine here.

The floor was extremely sticky and I had to pry my feet from the floor each step that I took, although that could have been the issue with where I was sitting, but walking to the bathroom sounded like I was walking through a sticky trap for critters. The service was mostly through the iPad, but things were missing and we had to constantly ask for them (even though they also kept asking if we were missing anything). At some point we just didn't bother, so we just said "yes, we have everything, thanks". Parking space can be limited on busy days/hours and since there aren't many visible parking lines making everyone park as best as they can. The entire experience just showed me how unorganized things were at this location.
