    BEFORE YOU BOOK! Marmalade only offers tasting menus and does not provide an a la carte selection nor a children’s menu. Due to extensive renovations our cocktail program is not available, wines available. For all reservations of 5 or fewer guests, we only offer a 5-course dinner priced at $139.00 per seat. This price applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu starting at $165.00 per seat, 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. All guests, including children, are charged the full price. THIS IS AN ADULT ORIENTED EXPERIENCE. We do not have high-chairs, changing tables, and there is no room for strollers. NO SPLIT CHECKS.

    Chef Peter Schintler will be offering a tasting menu in harmony with the season. Reservations of 5 or less will enjoy a 5 course dinner priced at $159.00. For groups of 6 or more, we only offer a Fixed Group Tasting Menu priced at $179.00, the 5 course is not available for groups of 6 or more. Prices are per seat and applies to all guests, regardless of age, ensuring a consistent experience. Marmalade does not offer a la carte. To meet demand the dinner will last 2 hours and 45 minutes.     We celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday there and it was the most amazing dining experience. It was perfect. The Chef came out and had a really wonderful conversation with us which made it so personal. Food and service definitely unmatched.

    Our time at Marmalade was fantastic. It far exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite and the service was phenomenal. Ana took great care of us. We would highly recommend Marmalade to anyone.

    Best food in puerto Rico. And experience First started with the muster hard door that won’t open. But after pulling hard. A big beautiful surprise.

    The Chef gets the absolute maximum out of his ingredients. Imaginative, mostly appealing presentations and interesting taste. However in my opinion the quality of some of the ingredients is not commensurate with the very high price level of the restaurant. An example: The tuna in the Tuna Tartare was sinewy. This was the first course and you start wondering if the ingredients in the rest of the dishes is of the same quality. I suspect the meat in the sirloin dish, but I couldn’t be sure. Ordered medium rare it was cooked for a long time at a low temperatur so it was excessively tender but it was presented in a heap almost swimming in a heavy dark brown sauce with a very distinct taste. Nice but dominating. You couldn’t actually taste the meat.

    Per, Thank you for visiting last night as we appreciate the support. Accept my honest apology for the sinewy tuna, that is simply human error on our part. We have amazing tuna so I'm surprised to see that oversight from the team. We source over 150 ingredients biodynamically and organically grown as well as 100% sourced animal protein free of anti-biotics and hormones. Our fish are seasonal and wild caught as well with the shellfish and crustaceans arriving live nearly daily. Let me invite you to some new choices on your next visit....     Wonderful, fabulous, terrific!!! What a wonderful Culinary experience. The tuna with harissa and tzatziki was a world of flavors that I could eat all day long. The four of us had an experience of a lifetime and couldn’t recommend Marmalade more!!

    Quiero agradecer profundamente a todo el equipo de Marmalade, desde la gerencia hasta cada miembro del personal,(especialmente a Jesús) por hacer que la noche del cumpleaños de mi novia fuera tan especial e inolvidable. Su atención al detalle, el servicio excepcional y la calidez con la que nos trataron realmente marcaron la diferencia. Mi novia se sintió única y muy especial gracias a ustedes, y eso no tiene precio. Sin duda, Marmalade es el mejor restaurante de Puerto Rico, y lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Gracias por crear recuerdos tan maravillosos en un día tan importante para nosotros.
