Organic and Natural is what we do. Contemporary American Cuisine, grown and harvested locally and prepared in the freshest way possible. Grass fed beef, wild caught fish and a menu that changes weekly to capture the freshness of the seasons. Homemade seasonings with no preservatives, preparing each dish to order and timing the food perfectly will tantalize your taste buds.

    The lighting in the restaurant is very dim making it hard to read the menu. They have a dining area that I would say is for overflow customers that does not have a very welcoming feel to it. We were seated in that area with one other couple across from the Men’s room! There shouldn’t even be tables there or construct a barrier so that there is a division between dining and toilet! We asked for another table.They have numerous and very large candles that the wax has been allowed to drip (even on the furniture) creating a very gothic look. If you’re going to advertise yourself as high end then at least use linen table cloths instead of highly lacquered sticky tables. The apps and desserts were delish but our main course was nothing to gush about. We had the bass and lobster. I would not return for dinner here but maybe cocktails and apps in their outside patio only.

    Highly recommended, especially for special occasions. From the level if attentiveness to the elevated quality of prepared food, this restaurant is an A+.

    Always make sure I eat here when visiting Daytona. Several menu items are excellent and I always have a hard time deciding what to eat. Lobster sauté is a favorite

    Another outstanding experience at Martini’s. The food is amazing! There are always tempting daily specials but we chose to order two of our favorites: the tuna nachos for a starter followed by the Bahamian Lobster Sauté. Both were excellent! Everything is organic, as the restaurant’s name implies, and creatively prepared. The service is impeccable. It is our favorite restaurant for special occasions, as well as for catching up with friends over a wonderful meal. The noise level is higher than one might expect in a restaurant of this caliber but honestly I feel that just speaks to its popularity. We are looking forward to our next visit!

    This restaurant was grossly overpriced and pretentious. Our food was good, but not great and most of our dishes were not the correct temperature (as in they were luke warm at best, including the bisque). Our server spent more time telling us how great the restaurant was and how lucky we were to be there than treating us like they were happy we came. When we asked if there were any specials for the day, we were told that everything on their menu was special. If only that were true. We won’t be back.

    Best dining experience we have had in a while. Everything was delicious; the starters, drinks, entrees, desserts. Our server was delightful. It was just a really nice night.

    I have dined here on several occasions. I have always had a wonderful dinner. The staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable of their menu. Service is impeccable. Food excellent. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
