Had a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes when arriving to be sat a a table that wasn’t properly set up yet. Wait staff was no where near hospitable. Very sad looking faces the whole time, hard to understand because they spoke so fast. Once we ordered, our appetizers came out in ok time but soon after everything else followed with no real time to enjoy everything. The steak was order medium well and came out almost rare. The gnocchi portion for the cost was no match and came out slightly burnt. I thought hey gave me a dish that was eaten off already, there was barely anything on the plate. Overall I was very unhappy. Made reservations and left a note while doing it that I would be celebrating the spouses Birthday and when waitress approached she asked what brings us out? Shouldn’t you be reading the notes I left ? Which then I had to explain to her making me seem like I hadn’t already made mention of it to the restaurant.

Dinner was delicious - we had the filet & rib eye, both cooked perfectly. Great wedge salad. Nice ambience, very good service - not rushed. Server gave us free glass of champagne since we were celebrating an anniversary - nice touch

We've been to Mason Street Grill many times for dinner, and it was always first rate. The brunch, however, was terrible. From the service to the food, it was abysmal.

Please if someone asks if the scallops are spicy with picked Serrano. Tell them YES they are spicy! I wasn't able to eat my dish. However MY partner did!

Another amazing dining experience! We sat at the “counter” and saw the entire kitchen operation work like a world class factory! This is a great seat and certainly fun. Food, service and ambience were great! Alanna, our server attentive and friendly. Our steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection. Chef Steve Burgermeister has a special process making MSG steaks the “best” and has clearly created a competitive advantage. All the managers Steve, Seth and Hutch came by to ensure our meal was to our liking. This is the best place in town for a super meal and wonderful team. Thanks to the entire staff.
