We enjoyed a wonderful dinner experience, with excellent service from Katie. The Mixed Tempura appetizer was wonderful, with nice pieces of calamari and shrimp. My Wife loved the Pumpkin Tom Kha soup, which is available with the pumpkin flavor only a limited time. I devoured the Crab Bisque, which is absolutely legendary. The Kang Ped with shrimp has become my favorite main dish. It's absolutely divine. Merlion is more than just a great Thai restaurant; it has a special vibe and atmosphere that exemplify the very best of what Seabrook, TX has to offer. We have been dining here for years, and the staff here have become like family to us. Don't forget to try a wine from their extensive wine list. They have a large selection of wines to suit almost any palate.

Sat at the bar for happy hour drinks, apps and dinner. Wonderful service and the food was amazing as always!

What a wonderful venue for trying some of the best Thai dishes in the Houston area. Our waiter, Jacob, kept us laughing while providing excellent wine service and wonderful dinner suggestions. The bar here serves up some of the best creative Martinis you will find anywhere. The Softshell Crab appetizer with apples served in a wine sauce is amazing. The Merlion Thai Peanut Sauce Curry with shrimp is luscious and full of flavor. If you miss dining at Merlion, you have missed the best of Seabrook.

The bar area is loud and we happened to have a lively group in the dining room seated next to us. I don't know if they were just loud or having to talk over the music in the bar area. We were finally moved to the other dining room and it was much better. Thank you to Merlion for accommodating us. Also, it's pretty cold in the dining room so ladies just bring a cardigan sweater if you're cold natured.

Absolutely love this place! Came tonight to celebrate a friends birthday and our server was so accommodating! She was so attentive and gave the birthday girl wonderful treats! We both had a fantastic evening filled with delicious food! Will 100% return again!
