   We enjoyed another stellar dinner and evening here at Merlion. The New Zealand Mussels were delicious, as was the Calamari & Shrimp Tempura. Katie delivered excellent service and helped us pick an excellent wine as well. If you visit Seabrook, your trip is not complete without a wonderful dinner here at Merlion. Try a Champaign Martini, Grey Goose Cosmopolitan, or a Chocolate Martini. They are all wonderful.

   We love the entire dining experience here. The ambiance is subdued, romantic, and bustling with locals and guests througout the evening. Try the amazing Crab Bisque, Softshell Crab, and New Zealand Mussels; they are all incredibly delicious appetizers. I love the Merlion Thai Peanut Sauce Curry with shrimp for a main course. It's savory, fresh and spicy with wonderfully fresh Gulf Shrimp. The Kan Kua Sapparos and Kang Ped are also excellent main dishes. Katie took great care of us throughout the evening. She's great with recommending dishes, as well as excellent drink and wine choices. We just love her!

   Have a table for six in the bar, and Desiree did a great job, taking care of us. All the food came out perfectly.
