At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions.
