As my father would say, “This is a restaurant you don’t go to for the food, but rather the ambiance.” The views of the city from the 67th floor of the Sears Tower are incredible. The food is just okay. I got their prime rib special, which came with a salad. Everything was good, but not worth the money I paid for it. The restaurant could have put some mashed potatoes and a vegetable on the plate, but they want you to pay an extra $10 for a mashed potato side. The service was impeccable, but I should mention that they charge an automatic 20% service fee (that is not supposed to be understood as tip or gratuity). Lastly there are two sister restaurants - pick the Frame if you want a more casual dining experience and the Craftsman if you want more formal (you can order from either menu whichever side you choose to sit).
