A little shakeup at the beginning, but managers Jorge and Katy took great care of me, as usual. Server Mario is flawless. He is simply superior! Food was delicious: chicken enchiladas with three different sauces! Yum!

Cool atmosphere. Service was good. Food was less than average. Queso has a weird velveeta texture and taste, not great. Chips were stale. Guacamole was good. Ribeye fajitas had no seasoning. Just a cut up steak with no flavor. Enchiladas have the mediocre salsa (same that you get with the chips when you sit down) and queso poured on top. Rice is not Mexican rice. Black beans were good. Overall, not worth returning.

The service was horrible, it took forever for someone to take our order and even after ordering, the food took forever. Ironically, the restaurant was not busy. Very bad experience.

The food took way too long to arrive. The waitress was spread thin and we only seen her about every 30 minutes. It took 2.5 hours to eat dinner.

Average food and staff seemed more focused on how they looked than providing service. The atmosphere is very upscale but the food and service are average at best.

Food was ok but nothing special. Ceviche was a real disappointment. Service was fine. Mesero is much, much better.

Great service after we changed tables due to loud noise. Food was also good, The waitress that took care of us after the move was terrific. She handled 7 separate checks with ease and was very pleasant doing that. Suggestion- A group of 20-25 guys needs to be very isolated from other tables. Our first table was 2 feet from them and we couldn’t hear each other.
