Mikey's Grill is owned and operated by Michael (affectionately known as "Mikey") and his sister, Melissa Lee. They have over thirty years of combined restaurant experience. Mikey has only the freshest seafood delivered multiple times a week, he cuts all steaks in house and even makes all of the his own sauces and bread. Mikey's is truly a family affair; with Mikey whipping up amazing creations with a Cajun flare in the kitchen, Melissa, selecting the wine and running the front and even their Mom, Donna, pitches in baking her delectable homemade desserts!

                                    Mikey’s grill was one of our favorite places to eat in Hoover. Great service and Food was always good (wonderful steak’s especially). We are sad it has ClLOSED. We will miss you all!!

                                    Amazing meal as usual but the call outs were the delicious crab cakes!!!! Birmingham is going to miss this restaurant. Mikey, Thank you for many years of excellence!!!!!

                                    Mikey‘s really delivered on great food last night. They were a little busy and understaffed so the service was not quite up to par but since we’re pretty regular, we were very understanding. Mikey’s, in our opinion, is one of the best values in Birmingham for really good food at reasonable prices.

                                    Superb!!! The crab cakes were delicious. Someone got the sampler platter and they said it was outstanding. The noise level was great, not loud, like most are now. You could actually talk and hear everyone. This is a definite go to restaurant!!!

                                    Food was EXCELLENT as always. Great service from Kaylee. Love the atmosphere- not too loud and not too quiet - just perfect for relaxing and good conversations. Best value in the Birmingham dining scene.

                                    I have eaten @ Mikey's many many times and have never been disappointed .. And I have had pretty much everything on the Menu too !! Great place for Date Night , Dining with Family & Friends and Special Occasions like Rehearsal Dinners , Retirement Dinners , Business Dinners ETC
