Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa, the menu features exquisite dishes such as Wagyu Tartare with Acadian caviar, Lobster Aonori Tempura, and a decadent selection of Aburi-style sushi. Highlights include Swordfish and Shrimp in Kaisen Yuzu Dashi Broth, Sukiyaki-style A5 Awaji Wagyu, and a delightful Matcha Croissant Bread Pudding with Strawberry Vanilla Ice Cream.
