The East Coast flagship of the acclaimed MICHELIN-Recommended Miku Restaurant from Vancouver.

Miku specializes in Aburi (flame-seared) Sushi, premium seafood, & A5 wagyu steak. Our menu blends Japanese culinary traditions with local ingredients. Our chefs creatively pair sushi with distinctive, house-made sauces, amplified by a binchotan (oak charcoal) flame sear, crafting sushi with a signature smoky flavour, and entrées using premium seasonal ingredients from Japan.

Alongside our esteemed culinary creations, we take great pride that within our restaurant group, ABURI Hana in Yorkville, Toronto has earned a coveted MICHELIN star.

We are known for the iconic Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi and seasonal tasting menus. Choose from a 6-course tasting menu or a 7-course Kaiseki experience for dinner, or fresh oysters with a Chef's Select lunch set. Complementing your meal with an extensive selection of sake, wine, & Japanese cocktails.

    Step into the New Year with an exquisite dining experience at Miku. Enjoy a special one-night-only osechi influenced kaiseki tasting menu by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa, with standout dishes like Wagyu Beef & Aburi Lobster Tail poached in dashi butter. The special kaiseki menu is priced at $200 per person. Choose from three seatings: the first includes both à la carte and tasting menu options, while the second and third seatings feature the tasting menu exclusively. Receive complimentary sparkling wine when you reserve the NYE Experience. A $75 cancellation fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours.     Absolutely wonderful experience. Spectacular Japanese cuisine, with a festival of flavors, textures all in finesse. Strongly recommend pairing your meal with house suggestions of wine and saké. Not cheap but well worth every penny. Superb service. It can get a bit noisy when crowded.

    The special menu wasn't great. I would just sum it up to my presence for sushi which I'll definitely be back to the restaurant for in the future.

    Thé quality of the fish was really nice. Combination of different flavours worked well together. Service was friendly and professional. Overall a tremendous experience.

    The food was really tasty. I think a restaurant like this should have more sake. Bottles in the 60 to $100 range. When we asked for a moderately priced bottle the one they came out with was 145. I think that's a little bit adventurous on behalf of the restaurant to say it. Kindly. My main negative is that it's a large space that feels impersonal. It's very pretty, but I don't think I'd go back there in the evening. It's probably great with the well-heeled lunch crowd. Our server Louise was impeccable. Very attentive, very knowledgeable and really appreciated

    Very pleased with my time spent here. Service was amazing and quick. drinks and food were excellent. The yellowtail crudo was a bit fishy but the sauce it was served in was very good. My favourite was the shrimp sushi and miku roll. Our server was very kind and attentive and made great recommendations. Will be back!
