                                                  Model Milk in Calgary is a fantastic spot for a guy's night out! Our evening kicked off with a round of East Coast oysters, fresh and briny, setting the perfect tone. The pull-apart bread was a comforting hit—soft, buttery, and perfect for sharing. The beef tartare was top-notch, with just the right balance of richness and seasoning, while the shrimp toasties brought a creative twist with their crispy texture and bold flavors. For mains, we went with the beef strip loin and fried chicken. The strip loin was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, paired with thoughtful sides that complemented every bite. But the fried chicken? Absolute star of the show. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, it’s a dish that keeps you coming back for more. The ambiance at Model Milk strikes a great balance between upscale and relaxed, making it ideal for celebrating or just catching up. Pair that with attentive service, and it’s a must-visit in Calgary. Highly recommend!

                                                  Was a wonderful experience. We went for n new years and we all rung in the new years with a cheers! Was very lovely. Would recommend food was fresh and hot!!!

                                                  Service was excellent (staff). Food was not. Had to return one of the plates cause it was cold. Also, not the restaurants fault, but a guy sitting next to us was a total creep. Overall, will not return nor would I recommend it to anyone.

                                                  Hi Abdul, Thank you for writing a review for us - the best way that we learn as a restaurant is through feedback from our guests. I'm saddened to hear that your time with us did not live up to the standards we try to keep. In regards to the cold plate, based on your words, I have been able to provide our chefs with feedback regarding the temperature of the dishes leaving the kitchen. I have also been able to chat with our service team about ensuring that all guests feel safe even if other guests are the issue.                                                   My partner and I have been going to model milk for over 10 years, and sad to say last night‘s dinner was just meh. Portion sizes are getting noticeably smaller and the menu is not adventurous and exciting the way it once was. Same old, same old. The fry bread tasted like something from Stampede and the oysters were super overpriced given how tiny they were. We’ll take a break for a bit and check out more upscale places. Model Milk is just not interesting anymore.

                                                  We truly appreciate your business over the past 10 years, but I'm saddened to hear that your experience with us on Saturday was not up to the standards that you've come to expect from us. I have relayed your feedback to our chefs so that they may have the opportunity to look over some of our offerings so that we can continue to provide value.
