Honoring classic French cuisine, Mon Ami Gabi is a traditional French bistro located in the heart of Lincoln Park. Our menu features simple French food including Steak Frites, fresh seafood, exquisite bites, and French rolling wine carts. Valet is located at the corner of Lincoln Park West and Belden for $17 cash or Zelle. During the holiday season, for all parties of 9 or more, we ask our guests to call the restaurant directly to book a reservation.

Fantastic experience end to end. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about celiacs, which made it a safe place to enjoy delicious food for allergens.

Great experience! The service was impeccable and the duck confit one of the best dishes I ever had in Chicago, the baguette was warm and crunchy, and the steak was perfectly cooked. 10/10 would recommend.

I made my reservation in December for Valantine Day. I ask for a special table. I was told they would try to accommodate me. I had no problem with that. What I am mad about is that the sat us at the smallest table in the restaurant. I did say something and did not get a response from anyone. This is not a Lettuce type management deal. I top of that a table next to us kept increasing the volume of talking louder. The other table was fine. We eat at Lettuce restaurants all the time. Management and service always concerned about their client's well-being.

I think our waiter was Michael and he's always delightful. Best Escargot in town! and that the delicious bread that comes with it is amazing!! Great little Oysters too! Also one of the few restaurants which serves Skate Wing which is delightfully pan fried with a light flour coating. Perfection!!
