   The Dungeness cocktail which comes with chips was amazing as usual. The shrimp cocktail is a good value. Large, tasty Gulf shrimp. The cocktails were amazing. Best agave martini in Dallas. Same bar tender and he has all the drinks down perfectly. We enjoyed the sole Milanese which was a large portion and perfectly prepared. Our outstanding waitress Cheryl Lynn, who looks like Goldie Hawn in her younger days, was very attentive and knowledgeable about all food and the wines. With dinner, we had the Smith-Chapel 22 Aligote white- burgundy from France. Skip the bread. I noticed that we were not the only table that barely touched the bland cold bread. JCalhoun

   Excellent as always. Been dining at Montlake Cut for 9 years and every single time I leave the restaurant I come out saying "that was a great meal". Cannot even count how many times I have dined at MC, but I have dined at Montlake Cut more than any other restaurant in Dallas.

   Not our first time at Montlake Cut. The service was excellent and our server, Haley, was knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was absent largely due to the noise level, which was a 4+ at times. Nonetheless, the food continued to be excellent. The whole branzino was perfectly cooked, beautifully deboned and the sauce was very good though a bit salty. Still the best I have had in Dallas! My wife had the sole milanase, which also was excellent. The side was a nice grilled asparagus. Need reservations on Saturday evening. Continues to be a top seafood restaurant.
