Morimoto's contemporary Japanese menu infuses traditional dishes with Western ingredients and preparation techniques. His seasonal and ever-changing selection of raw fish preparations will feature the freshest seafood available as well as locally grown fruits and vegetables from supporting farmers. Morimoto's signature offerings include Toro Tartare, presented in a small tray with condiments including crème fraîche, wasabi, avocado, nori paste, chives, crispy rice, and dashi-soy. Tuna Pizza made with raw tuna, anchovy aioli, and jalapeno; Morimoto Sashimi, a terrine of seared Toro, smoked salmon, barbequed eel, tuna and Hamachi served with five different sauces in pipettes.

The food was amazing but after ordering a sushi platter and a mixed surf and turf grill platter the timing on the actual dishes themselves took quite a while, we were seated at 8:30PM and didn’t receive our dishes until about an hour later. Luckily enough our server provided a complimentary table side bottle of sake to compensate for the delay of service.

Food and service was great! It was super loud though so I felt like I was yelling. Other than that I would 100% recommend!

Our server was so nice and funny, everyone was nice and welcoming, place was clean and the food was delicious! We ordered the surf and turf roll and it was amazing. A bit loud in there but probably because we went on valentines night and it was very busy so it’s okay, i still had a great time

5 star service. Always. The food is beyond delicious. The service is phenomenal and so are the waitstaff. Grady, the GM is an absolute sweetheart!

The food here is always delicious. So many choices. Everything I’ve had there is delicious. We especially love their Aji tuna tacos, sticky ribs, tempura, shrimp, all the sushi here and rolls and Maki even their desserts. The ambience is great and lovely to sit outside by the river in the summer.

Best service in the valley. The place is a little loud so not great for romantic meals. The food was absolutely amazing.

Horrible atmosphere….loud and bustling. It’s really a shame as the food is excellent. I haven’t been in at least a decade and was delighted that the dishes were still wonderful. On the other hand, I didn’t realized I would be eating in the fray of a cafeteria. I bragged about you and brought my 20 something son for the first time. He loved the food but agreed he wasn’t prepared to be in the high school cafeteria frenzy.
